Every month they will be at Hackney Central Library, where Esther and Joy from Nappy Ever After will tell you everything you need to know about reusable cloth nappies. Their friendly and informal demonstraion is for anyone who is interested to learn more about reusable nappies, whether you are an expectant parents or you are already using nappies. All welcome! No need to book, just show up at 10am!
The talk will start at 10am and last approx 40 mins. The session will cover:

The events are open to all living in Westminster, whether you’re new or already started with reusable nappies. At the event, you will have the opportunity to learn about reusable nappies, ask questions, and understand the Real Nappies for London voucher incentive scheme.

Voucher Incentive Scheme: To qualify for a £70 reusable nappy voucher, you will need to provide Real Nappies for London with the following supporting evidence:
- Proof of identity: e.g., your driver’s licence, passport or birth certificate.
- Proof of address/low-income: a recent council tax letter with your name and address showing that you receive council tax reduction.
- Proof of pregnancy/birth: an official document showing your name and the child’s expected date of delivery or date of birth (e.g. MatB1 form, Baby’s Birth Certificate, Hospital Scan Report letter). Your NHS Prescription Charge Card is also acceptable. For multiple births, please provide the hospital scan report. You will receive one voucher per baby.
You can apply in-person at the scheduled events. Remember to bring your supporting evidence with you on the day!

Maybe you’ve started reading around the internet and are finding your mind boggled by the variety of choices on offer, or have questions about all of the conflicting washing advice, or you aren’t sure how to store your nappies…… We can help!
This group learning session will introduce you to all of the main types of modern cloth nappies available, explain how to store and care for your nappies, demonstrate how to fit correctly, and how to troubleshoot leaks and other issues.
There will be the opportunity to try fitting some nappies onto a doll, try folding a Terry towel to see how simple it can be, and get all of your questions answered in a friendly group environment.

Please book Saturday demonstrations via the Nappy Ever After website. Space is limited and there is often high demand, they charge a £5 refundable booking deposit.
